AI-Assisted Content Policy
Where AI may assist, and where it may not.
Where AI may assist
Summarizing our own verified sources, drafting outlines, suggesting phrasing, and helping with editorial checks.
Human review requirement
No AI-generated content is published without human review and source verification. AI output is a starting point, not a finished product.
Sources required
Every factual claim must be tied to a verifiable source, regardless of how it was drafted.
Prohibited invention
We do not publish AI-generated statistics, quotes, interviews, credentials, citations, sources, or provider claims that are not verified.
Privacy protections
We never send private homeowner documents, electric bills, proposals, contracts, messages, or personal details to any AI service for the purpose of public content generation.
Ask FRSG chatbot
The chatbot answers using our curated Q&A and published information records. It refuses to answer when it cannot ground a response and displays reverification notices when underlying facts are under review.
Corrections
AI-assisted content follows the same corrections policy as all other content.
